Shipping & Returns

We offer the following Royal Mail shipping methods :
- 1st Class : Uninsured, in most cases next day delivery to mainland UK.
- Special Delivery : Insured up to £500, in most cases next day delivery to anywhere in the UK.
In order to offer a best value service we allow customers to choose shipping methods that are un-insured. Whilst to date no order send by an un-insured shipping method has gone missing, we will not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive. We recommend that higher value orders are always sent by an insured method of shipping.
We offer a free local delivery service for orders over £20. This is a Monday to Friday service and applies to orders placed before 12.00 noon the previous workday.Local delivery is for the Freckleton, Kirkham, Warton and Lytham St Annes areas.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA. An RMA number can be obtained using our Contact Us page.
